Peachtree Corners, GA, April 10, 2024 – Latina’s Rise Inc., a dedicated advocate for the empowerment and advancement of Latina women in business, is pleased to announce that, as of March 15, 2024, it has received its 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service. This recognition affirms its commitment to legal and ethical standards in serving its community.
This newfound status empowers Latina’s Rise Inc. to amplify its efforts by enabling tax-deductible contributions and unlocking new funding avenues. The organization anticipates that this development will greatly enhance its ability to support its educational, leadership, and empowerment programs for Latina business owners.
Latina’s Rise operates as a complimentary membership nonprofit, catering specifically to Latina entrepreneurs who have established businesses with a minimum of three years in operation or at least $250K in annual revenue. The organization is dedicated to supporting these businesses in their growth journeys through a comprehensive suite of services, including access to educational programs, mentorship, networking, and business opportunities, all underpinned by the pillars of education, mentoring, business advocacy, access to capital, and networking opportunities.
With the 501(c)(3) designation, Latina’s Rise Inc. emphasizes its responsibility towards rigorous compliance and stewardship, ensuring that it continues to align with the expectations of its donors, community, and the IRS. Peachtree Corners, GA, 10 de Abril de 2024 – Latina’s Rise Inc., una organización dedicada (defensora del) al empoderamiento y avance de las mujeres latinas en el mundo empresarial, se complace en anunciar que, a partir del 15 de marzo de 2024, ha recibido su designación como organización sin fines de lucro 501(c)(3) del Departamento del Tesoro de los Estados Unidos, Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Este reconocimiento confirma su compromiso con los estándares legales y éticos al servicio de su comunidad.
Este nuevo estatus habilita a Latina’s Rise Inc. para amplificar sus esfuerzos al permitir contribuciones deducibles de impuestos y abrir nuevas vías de financiamiento.
